Our colleague Chloe recently had the honor of attending the International Meeting for Applied Geoscience & Energy (IMAGE), representing iPS | Nautech at this prestigious global event. After participating in the European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE) exhibition in Oslo earlier this year, Chloe was thrilled to continue her journey at IMAGE 2024, held in Houston this August. Her visit provided a valuable opportunity to reconnect with US-based clients and colleagues while immersing herself in the latest advancements in the offshore industry. Below, Chloe shares her experience at IMAGE and how it has opened new opportunities for iPS | Nautech.

“I was delighted to represent iPS | Nautech at IMAGE this year. After attending the EAGE exhibition in Oslo in June, it was fantastic to participate in the international version of the event in Houston. This experience was a great chance to meet our US-based clients in person, strengthening our relationships, and visiting our wonderful colleagues at the iPS US office—Guido, John, and Edgar. They were incredibly welcoming, and it was lovely to see them all. Moreover, it was a fantastic opportunity to network with global industry leaders, as professionals from all over the world came to attend IMAGE.”

“IMAGE 2024 was held at the George R. Brown Convention Center, where I was amazed by the vast number of clients and businesses representing the offshore industry. Exhibitors showcased the latest offshore equipment, technologies, and services, ranging from small ROVs to advanced digital data processing solutions for offshore operations. Alongside the exhibition, there were numerous technical sessions, seminars, and panel discussions. Attending IMAGE greatly expanded my industry knowledge and highlighted exciting opportunities for future collaboration with new clients.”
