Function Description
iPS Powerful People is looking for a Team Lead Recruitment Consultants to strengthen the Survey department. In this role, you will lead a team of experienced Recruitment Consultants and Support Officers, while staying actively involved in the day‑to‑day operations.
You are able to switch easily between operational tasks, team coaching, and process improvement — a true hands‑on team leader.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and develop a team of Recruitment Consultants and Support Officers.
- Oversee survey operations and ensure high-quality project execution.
- Act as primary contact for international clients in Europe, Norway and Jersey.
- Coordinate planning, resources, and daily workflow.
- Step into operations where needed, you know how to deliver under pressure.

Requirements
- Recruitment experience, preferably within technical, maritime, or offshore environments.
- Strong communication skills — you can guide, support, and challenge experienced specialists.
- A hands‑on, proactive leadership style.
- The ability to switch quickly between strategic and operational matters.
- Willingness to work in an international environment and travel regularly.
- Fluency in English.
